Our packaging is so fantastic, but not in a snooty sorta way- Interwoven's Physical Gift Card is fun and quirky and reusable. Physical gift cards over $50 ship for free, otherwise we gotta charge ya. Physical gift cards can be used both in-store and online.

Gifts cards are valid for three years from the date of purchase.
INTERWOVEN RETURN POLICY
Eligibility for Returns:
- Only full-price apparel purchased in-store or online is eligible for exchange or refund as store credit within 14 days of receipt.
- ALL Interwoven Candy Bar Charm Creations are FINAL SALE.
- All other items, including SALE items (marked down from their original price), are FINAL SALE and are INELIGIBLE for return or exchange.
- Products purchased during a promotion are also FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned.
Refund Policy:
- We do not refund the original form of payment under any circumstances, and no exceptions will be made outside the 14-day window.
Return Process:
- If your item meets the return criteria, you may request a return consideration here. We will respond within 48 hours. Please note that a request does not guarantee acceptance of the return.
- A return label fee of $8 will be deducted from your store credit once the item is received and accepted. For exchanges, you will be invoiced for Flat Rate Shipping for the new item.
- If approved, a return authorization and shipping label will be emailed to you.
Store Credit:
- Store credit from online exchanges or in-store purchases is valid for one year from the date of issue.
- All items purchased with exchange credit are FINAL SALE.
Inspection and Condition:
- All online returns will be inspected within 72 hours of receipt, and only items in original condition will be accepted.
Shipping Charges:
- All online orders must meet a minimum of $25. Orders for in-store pickup will be processed within 24 hours, with notifications sent when ready.
- Orders placed before 1 PM EST (Monday - Friday) are processed the same day, and we strive to ship within 24 hours from our Asbury Park, NJ location.
- We offer flat-rate domestic shipping for $11.99 and express shipping (1-2 business days) for $29.99.
- A tracking number will be provided via email once the order is processed.
Lost & Stolen Packages:
- Interwoven is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery to the correct address. For lost or damaged packages, please contact the carrier.
- We are also not responsible for reimbursement or compensation for return packages that are lost in transit, stolen, damaged, or received after the 14-day policy.
Chargeback Policy:
- Chargeback requests that do not comply with our return policy will be denied. By accepting this policy, you waive your right to submit a claim with your credit card provider or any financial institution.
