Shipping & Freight Charges
No orders will be processed without meeting our order requirement of $25.
All orders placed before 1pm EST Monday - Friday are processed that same day and every effort is made to have it shipped within 24 hours. All packages ship from our downtown location in Asbury Park, NJ.
We offer flat rate domestic shipping for $11.99 and
express shipping (1-2 business days) for $29.99. Complimentary shipping on orders $150+. 
 We ship USPS and UPS.*
Once you order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email. 
Lost & Stolen Packages
After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package has been lost or damaged, please contact the carrier. 
Returns*
In-store and online purchases are eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days of receipt of merchandise.
All purchases made with an exchange credit are FINAL SALE. 
Please keep in mind that we are a small business, which means all transactions effect us. Only unworn, clean, resale-able apparel items will be accepted.
All other merchandise, as well as SALE items (online and in-store) are FINAL SALE and not eligible for exchange.

If accepted, a return authorization will be provided and a return shipping label will be emailed. The cost of the label will be deducted from your store credit. Store credit from online exchanges and in-store purchases are valid for one year from the date of issue.

Interwoven is not responsible for reimbursement or compensation of return packages lost in transit, stolen, damaged or received beyond the 14 day policy*.
