SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

Shipping

All orders placed before 1pm EST Monday through Friday are processed and shipped within the same day of your order date from Asbury Park, NJ. 

We offer flat rate domestic shipping for $10. We ship USPS or UPS.*

Once you order is packaged for delivery, you will receive a tracking number via email. 

Lost & Stolen Packages

After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package has been lost or damaged, please contact the carrier. 

Returns

Online and in-store purchases are eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. Online orders are eligible for refund within 10 days from the arrival date of your order. We will only refund in the form of the original payment made. 

Only unworn, clean, resale-able items will be accepted. ALL SALE merchandise is FINAL SALE and not returnable or eligible for exchange. 

Email info@interwovenap.com with your order number and items that you would like to return. A return authorization will be provided and return shipping label will be emailed on a case-by-case scenario. 

Store credit from online exchanges and in-store purchases are valid for one year from the date of issue.

Interwoven is not responsible for reimbursement or compensation of return packages lost in transit.
