SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
Order processing typically takes 1-3 business days. Once your order has been processed, your item(s) will be shipped within 72 hours. Orders are not shipped, but may be delivered, on weekends. We offer flat rate shipping for $8. We ship domestically using USPS.*

To begin, email Bianca@interwovenap.com with your order number and what items need to be returned. A return authorization will be provided and return shipping will be provided on a case-by-case scenario.
For items purchased online:
Returns are eligible for exchange, store credit or refund within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. Online orders are only eligible for refund within 7 days of arrival of the order. Only unworn, clean, resaleable items will be accepted.
Clothing must be unworn and unwashed with their original tags and packaging intact.
Socks cannot be returned.
Jewelry and accessories are final sale.
Home goods are final sale.
Lingerie is final sale.
Swimwear is final sale and must have hygiene strip intact.
Beauty and grooming products are final sale.
Custom orders are final sale.
Sale items cannot be returned.
For items purchased in store:
Returns are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Items must be returned within 15 days with a regular receipt or 30 with a gift receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of accessories, beauty/grooming products, swim, undergarments, jewelry, shoes, sale merchandise or custom orders. Items must be free from wear, stains, odor or other conditions prohibiting the sale of goods as new.
Customers assume responsibility for return shipping charges. Interwoven is not responsible for reimbursement or compensation of return packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Interwoven.
