INTERWOVEN RETURN POLICY

Only full price apparel purchased in-store and/or online are eligible for exchange or refund to store credit within 14 days of receipt of merchandise*.

ALL INTERWOVEN CANDY BAR CHARM CREATIONS ARE FINAL SALE.

All other goods, including SALE (marked down from their original price) are
FINAL SALE and IN-ELIGIBLE for return/exchange. Any goods purchased with/during a promo are ineligible for exchange and/or return* making them FINAL SALE.

We do not refund the original form of payment under any circumstances.

**No exceptions will be made outside of this window**

If an item you purchased meets the above requirements you can 
request a consideration for return here and we will respond within 48 hours.

A request for return does not guarantee that you item will be accepted.  

The cost of the return label ($8) will be deducted from your store credit once your item is received and accepted. For applicable exchanges, you will be invoiced for the cost of Flat Rate Shipping to cover the item you will be exchanging for.

If accepted, a return authorization will be provided and a return shipping label will be emailed. The cost of the label will be deducted from your store credit. Store credit from online exchanges and in-store purchases are valid for one year from the date of issue. 

All online returns will be inspected within 72 hours of their receipt and only approved item(s) are returned in its original condition.

All purchases made with an exchange credit are FINAL SALE

Interwoven is not responsible for reimbursement or compensation of return packages lost in transit, stolen, damaged or received.

Shipping & Freight Charges

All online orders (shipping and/or in-store pickup) must meet our $25 order requirement. Online purchases for in-store pick up will be processed within 24hours. You will receive a notification when said in-store pick up order is ready. 

All orders placed before 1pm EST Monday - Friday are processed that same day and every effort is made to have it shipped within 24 hours. All packages ship from our downtown location in Asbury Park, NJ. We offer flat rate domestic shipping for
$11.99 and
express shipping (1-2 business days) for $29.99

Once you order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email. 

Lost & Stolen Packages

After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package has been lost or damaged, please contact the carrier. 

Interwoven is not responsible for reimbursement or compensation of return packages lost in transit, stolen, damaged or received beyond the 14 day policy*. 

Any chargeback requests that do not comply with our return policy will be denied. By accepting this above policy, you refuse your right to submit a claim with your credit card provider or any financial institution.
