SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

Shipping
*Due to an increase in costs, you must meet our minimum purchase amount of $25 to have orders shipped*
All orders placed before 1pm EST Monday- Friday are processed and shipped within the same day of your order date from Asbury Park, NJ. 
We offer flat rate domestic shipping for $11.99 and free shipping for orders over $150.00. We ship USPS or UPS.*
Once you order is packaged for delivery, you will receive a tracking number via email. 
Lost & Stolen Packages
After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package has been lost or damaged, please contact the carrier. 
Returns
In-store and online purchases are eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. All purchases made with an exchange credit are FINAL SALE. 
Please keep in mind that we are a small business, which means all transactions effect us. Only unworn, clean, resale-able apparel items will be accepted. All other merchandise, as well as SALE items (online and in-store) are FINAL SALE and not eligible for exchange. Unfortunately no exceptions will be made. 
Email info@interwovenap.com with your order number and items that you would like to return or exchange. A return authorization will be provided and a return shipping label will be emailed, but the cost of the label will be deducted from your store credit. Store credit from online exchanges and in-store purchases are valid for one year from the date of issue.

Interwoven is not responsible for reimbursement or compensation of return packages lost in transit, stolen, damaged or received beyond the 14 day policy.
