Our packaging is so fantastic, but not in a snooty sorta way- Interwoven's Physical Gift Card is fun and quirky and refillable. Physical gift cards over $50 ship for free, otherwise we gotta charge ya. Physical gift cards can be used both in-store and online.

Returns & Shipping Policy
Eligibility for Returns
- Only full-price apparel purchased in-store or online is eligible for exchange or store credit, within 14 days of receipt.
- All Interwoven Candy Bar Charm Creations are final sale.
- Sale items (marked down from original price) and items purchased during a promotion are final sale — no returns or exchanges.
- All exchanges made using store credit are final sale.
Refunds
- Returns are issued as store credit only. We do not refund to the original form of payment, and no exceptions are made outside the 14-day window.
Return Process
- If your item meets the criteria above, submit a return request here. We'll respond within 48 hours — a request does not guarantee approval.
- If approved, we'll email you a return authorization and shipping label.
- An $8 return label fee will be deducted from your store credit once the item is received and accepted. For exchanges, you'll be invoiced for flat-rate shipping on the new item.
- Returns are inspected within 72 hours of receipt. Only items in original, unworn/unused condition with tags attached will be accepted.
Store Credit
- Store credit is valid for one year from the date of issue.
Shipping
- $25 minimum on all online orders.
- Orders placed before 1 PM EST (Mon–Fri) are processed same-day; we aim to ship within 24 hours from our Asbury Park, NJ location.
- In-store pickup orders are processed within 24 hours, with a notification when ready.
- Flat-rate domestic shipping: $11.99. Express (1–2 business days): $29.99.
- A tracking number is emailed once your order ships.
Lost, Stolen & Delivered Packages
- Once a package's tracking shows "Delivered" to the address provided at checkout, Interwoven's responsibility for that shipment ends. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation — please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
- We are not responsible for return shipments that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit back to us, or for returns received after the 14-day window.
Chargebacks
- By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Chargeback requests filed outside of this return policy will be disputed with documentation of the policy you agreed to at checkout.
