This sticker is the attitude I like to exude in life, especially as a Yoga Teacher of 30+ years. My classes are entitled: “Yoga for Every Body” because it’s accessible to every body. Conscious and enjoyable movement creates health - regardless of shape, size, or ability. The sticker is a sweet addition to my yoga & performing arts sanctuary: “Peace of India“.
